Return & Refund Policy

At Monfiora we want you to feel confident about every order. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.

7-Day Return Window

You may return an unopened, unused Monfiora product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Once the protective film is removed and the fragrance starts releasing, the product can no longer be returned — it's now activated.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong product, or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked, no return shipping cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@monfiora.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. For damaged or wrong items, please include 1–2 clear photos.
  3. Our team will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original Razorpay payment method within 5–7 business days.

What's Not Returnable

  • Opened or used products (protective film removed)
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Returns requested after the 7-day window (except for damaged/defective items reported within 48 hours)
