Free Shipping Across India

All Monfiora orders come with free standard shipping — no minimum order value, no hidden charges.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) typically receive orders within 3–5 business days. Remote or rural pin codes may take up to 10 business days.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website.

Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather disruptions, or courier capacity during peak periods. Monfiora is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at info@monfiora.com or call +91 9072 555565. Include your order number and photographs of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
