Reshipment Policy

If a delivery is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable or unreachable after multiple delivery attempts by our courier partner, the order will be returned to us.

As the original shipment is sent with free shipping, we cover both the forward shipping and return shipping costs. Therefore, if you request a reshipment of the same order, a reshipment fee will be charged depending on the destination.

If you place a new order after the returned shipment is received, we will be happy to include the returned item with your new order at no additional shipping charge, provided both orders can be shipped together.

To help avoid delivery issues, please make sure your contact number and delivery address are accurate, and that you are available to receive calls or messages from the courier during the delivery period.
