Orders ship within 24–48 hours from our India warehouse. Most metro deliveries (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) land in 3–5 business days; the rest of India takes 5–7 business days. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order leaves us.

Each figurine lasts up to 45 days under normal indoor or in-car use. Heat, direct sunlight, and open windows can shorten that — keep yours out of the dashboard sun and it'll hold its full life.

Yes. Monfiora uses a non-toxic, plant-based formulation built around fragrance oils sourced from Japan — designed to be safe for everyday use in family environments, around pregnant women, infants, children, and pets. Use as directed: keep out of direct reach, avoid prolonged heat and direct sunlight, and follow the on-pack instructions.

Anywhere with still or slow-moving air — car interiors, study desks, wardrobes, hallways, bathrooms, office cabins. The fragrance carries best in spaces under roughly 250 sq ft. Open-plan offices and large living rooms will read it as softer.

Not yet. Each figurine is a complete unit; once it finishes its run (around 45 days), it's time for a new design or a new fragrance. We're working on a refill system — sign up to the newsletter to hear about it first.

Unopened figurines can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or used pieces aren't eligible — fragrance is personal, and we can't restock something that's been worn in. If your order arrives damaged, send a photo to support and we'll replace it.
